Tim Reiter had a mixed but nonetheless instructive race weekend in the ADAC GT4 Germany. The driver duo finished the race in 25th place on Saturday and in P16 on Sunday.
On Saturday, the BMW M4 GT4 G82 started the changeable race from 25th place on the grid. With the treadless slicks, Tim Reiter was unable to finish any higher up the field. On Sunday, the two drivers of Hofor Racing by Bonk Motorsport showed a flawless race and drove from 24th to 16th place on the wet track. Unfortunately, it was simply not enough to get a points finish throughout the entire weekend, which would have been important for the overall standings.
"The weekend at the Nürburgring was very instructive. After we had no chance of scoring points on Saturday, it was at least within reach on Sunday. In Race 2 we were fastest BMW and made the best of the overall situation. A top ten finish was simply not possible at the Nürburgring this race weekend. For this reason, we are now even more motivated to finish in the points again in the two races in the Lausitz. I'd like to thank the entire team for their great commitment. At the Lausitzring we'll be attacking together again," said Tim Reiter.
The next race weekend will be held at the Lausitzring from August 18 to 20. All races will be broadcast live in free TV on Sport1.
